Join us for a live watch of the X-Files, Season 1, Episode 11

HOW WE LIVE WATCH:

1. Meet up in the Discord channel #xfiles-watches

2. At the event start time we will send out a "start screen" (aka a picture of what the TV screen where we will begin from looks like), so that we can all get there on our various streaming and DVD platforms and press pause. You cannot watch the episode via Discord; you must load the episode on your own device!

3. At about 8-10 minutes after the hour, we will send that start screen one more time for the late-comers.

4. As soon as we are all set with our start screens, we will count in the group from 10, 9, 8, etc and after we type 1 we will type PLAY. We will all hit PLAY together on our inidividual devices/platforms and, voila, be (mostly) in sync.

5. We then chat freely in the Discord as we go and thread if we so please!

6. Chats are always spoiler free through where we are in our podcast coverage (so, for this watch we will avoid any spoilers that occur after Excelcis Dei)

We watch on Hulu with no ads, and you will watch on your device at home. If you have ads, you'll have to check in with us for time stamps — and also feel free to ask for a timestamp if you come in midway, someone will give you one!
